Executive Chef Andrew Fleischauer invites you & your friends to join us for an interactive five-course dinner paired with fine wines being offered by Michael Corso Selections – widely known as one of America’s top boutique importers of French wines. The evening begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m. and a 7 p.m. dinner seating, where Executive Chef Fleischauer and Charlie Corso of Corso Wines' joins you to discuss the dynamic relationship between each dish and selected wine pairing. "French Classics" Cooking Class

Our cooking class teaches you how to prepare the French Classics; Frisée & Bacon Salad with soft-poached egg & croutons, Classic Coq Au Vin with pommes purée and Bananas Foster Crêpe served with vanilla ice cream, bananas & foster sauce. Indulge in these specialties while enjoying a French wine tasting.
