Our cooking class teaches you how to prepare the French Classics; Frisée & Bacon Salad with soft-poached egg & croutons, Classic Coq Au Vin with pommes purée and Bananas Foster Crêpe served with vanilla ice cream, bananas & foster sauce. Indulge in these specialties while enjoying a French wine tasting. Chef Wine Dinner featuring The Art Institute

Next in our unique “French Masters” series planned with The Art Institute of Chicago features works by Henri Matisse of 1913-1917 -- his most daring and inventive phase. Experience an exploration of exquisite food, wine, and artistry through a multi-course French feast by our Executive Chef Justin Dumcum, carefully matched with complementary wines. The evening begins with a wine reception and passed hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner and the “Matisse: Radical Invention” presentation by an Art Institute docent.
