French Classics Spring Cooking Class

A new French spring menu is arriving at Mon Ami Gabi – and you can be among the first to learn how to prepare three signature dishes from our new spring menu. Join Executive Chef Bruce Williams as he shares his insider tips on how to prepare New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp, One Pot Mustard Chicken with sweet peas and lots of herbs and Lemon Tart with strawberry-rhubarb compote for dessert.

Bringing your appetite is a must, as guests will not only see Chef Bruce Williams whip up these French favorites, they’ll be enjoying each course for lunch paired with French wines throughout the class. Attendees will also receive a recipe booklet to recreate the to-die-for dishes in their own home, compliments of Mon Ami Gabi.
