Farm-to-Table Wine Dinner

Take your Monday night to a delicious new level at our summer inspired Farm-to-Table Wine Dinner! Join Executive Chef Andrew Fleischauer for an interactive dinner featuring five seasonal courses showcasing fresh produce and ingredients from Westmoreland Berry Farm, Liberty Tree Farms and Earth N Eats Farm. Enjoy Chilled Peach Soup, Fried Zucchini with fresh tomato sauce and basil purée, Pan-Seared Virginia Rockfish, Hanger Steak and more, finishing with Peach-Raspberry Cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Sip on a variety of French wines as you talk with Chef Andrew, as well as featured farmers who will join you for dinner to answer any questions you may have about the carefully sourced and crafted dinner. French Classics Cooking Class

Learn the culinary tricks of the trade at your favorite French bistro, Mon Ami Gabi. On Saturday, July 16, class will be in session as Executive Chef Andrew Fleischauer presents a three course how-to menu of signature summer dishes, including Avocado Toast with asparagus, hard-boiled egg, arugula, endive and caesar dressing, Fried Chicken Thighs with remoulade coleslaw, scratch biscuits and honey butter and Raspberry Galette with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Bringing your appetite is a must, as attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy each course paired with French wines. To top things off, all guests will receive a recipe booklet to recreate menu items – and show off their culinary skills – at home.
