Learn the culinary tricks of the trade at your favorite French bistro, Mon Ami Gabi. Class is back in session as Executive Chef Bruce Williams presents a three course how-to menu of signature fall dishes including Butternut Squash Soup with mushroom conserva, Braised Lamb Shank with northern white beans and fennel confit and Apple Tarte Tatin for dessert. Bringing your appetite is a must, as attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy each course paired with French wines. To top things off, all guests will receive a recipe booklet to recreate menu items – and show off their culinary skills – at home. The class is priced at $55 per guest (gratuity not included).
