Guests will get the inside scoop on some of the restaurant’s favorite recipes courtesy of our very own Executive Chef Bruce Williams. Seasonal items on this class menu include Confit Tomato and Peppers with Summer Greens, Classic Steak Tartare with Country Toast, and Peach Melba with Vanilla Ice Cream and Raspberry Puree. All those attending the fun, interactive class will enjoy this three-course lunch alongside perfectly-paired wines and receive a recipe booklet to recreate the dishes in their own home, compliments of Mon Ami Gabi!
