French Classics Cooking Class

Join Mon Ami Gabi Executive Chef Bruce Williams for our winter French Classics Cooking Class! Learn to prepare our Warm Triple Cream Cheese with mushrooms, black garlic and sherry vinaigrette, Skate Wing with cous cous, thumbelina carrots, dates, sherry and sage brown butter, and Crêpe Suzette with orange marmalade for dessert. Enjoy each course for lunch paired with boutique French wines. We’ll send you on your way with a complimentary recipe booklet so that you can try your hand at these delicious dishes at home.
