The gloves are coming off and only one cuisine will reign supreme as the Executive Chefs from Mon Ami Gabi and Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! duke it out at the France vs. Spain Battle of the Chefs Dinner. On Tuesday, September 23, the chefs will be rolling up their sleeves and presenting a 5-course menu showcasing the best of authentic, seasonal dishes from France and Spain including perfectly paired wines. While sipping and savoring through each course, you’ll be the judge and decide whose culinary creation to deem the very best. The event will be held at Mon Ami Gabi – Oak Brook and will begin with a reception of passed appetizers and the first pairing at 6:00PM, followed by the seated dinner at 6:30pm.
