Guests will get the inside scoop on some of the restaurant’s favorite recipes courtesy of our very own Executive Chef Bruce Williams. Season items on the class menu include: Endive Salad with warm bartlette pear, blue cheese, walnuts, pear vinaigrette; Vegetable Tagine w/ preserved lemon-almond sauce, cilantro hot sauce and grilled toast; and Apple Galette with cider caramel sauce & vanilla ice cream. All those attending the fun, interactive class will enjoy this three-course lunch alongside perfectly-paired wines and receive recipe cards to recreate the dishes in their own home, compliments of Mon Ami Gabi!
