French Classics Cooking Class

On Saturday, March 21, class will be in session as Executive Chef Bruce Williams heads up a cooking class that is both educational and delicious. Presenting a three-course how-to of signature winter dishes, the class will demonstrate recipes for the winter favorites Endive Salad with warm bartlette pear, blue cheese, walnuts, and pear vinaigrette, Vegetable Tagine, preserved lemon-almond sauce, cilantro hot sauce and grilled toast, and Apple Galette for dessert. Enjoy each course alongside perfectly paired wines, and leave with a complimentary recipe booklet to show off your new culinary skills at home.
