Explore the wines of Alsace at our upcoming wine dinner with Domaine Emile Beyer! Mon Ami Gabi is excited to welcome Christian Beyer, the proprietor and 14th generation of his family to operate the domaine. Taste through seven wines from this family-owned estate in the village of Eguisheim in France, covering the three levels of wine that Beyer makes – all paired with a multi-course menu from Mon Ami Gabi Executive Chef Bruce Williams. The evening begins with hors d’oeuvres including Housemade Head Cheese, Steak Tartare with poached egg aioli and Buttered Radish, followed by Smoked Salmon with pea purée, Sea Scallop with ramp and mushroom spaetzle, and Lamb T-Bones with fava bean and leek gratin. End the evening with an Alsatian cheese course and a Roasted Spring Rhubarb Tart with brown butter caramel. The event is priced at $75 per guest (plus tax, gratuity not included).
