French Fall Classics Cooking Class

Feel that in the air? A new fall menu is arriving at Mon Ami Gabi! Be among the first to learn to prepare three dishes from the new menu at the French Fall Classics Cooking Class with Executive Chef Jason Mayle on Saturday, October 19 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Throughout the class, guests will enjoy each dish paired with boutique French wines. Attendees will also receive a recipe booklet with all the dishes from the class to take home.

FIRST COURSE
Spicy Crusted Cauliflower Steak
with tapenade and lemon vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE
Salmon, Spinach & Baby Kale Salad
with lentils, celery root, watermelon radishes and red wine vinaigrette

DESSERT COURSE
Funfetti Macarons with vanilla buttercream
