Starting at 6:30 PM, the five-course menu is exquisite from start to finish with passed hors d’oeuvres, amuse bouche, and dishes like the Lobster Ravioli and Seared Scallops, to the Moulard Duck Wellington and Burgundy Black Truffles, Wagyu Beef and Alaskan King Crab Leg, and more. Each course features a champagne pairing, making every sip celebratory.
