Meet Arturo — a beloved member of the Mon Ami Gabi family for 21 years and the heart behind our iconic frites.

Known affectionately as “the machine,” Arturo keeps the kitchen running with his unmatched skill and consistency. When he’s not at Mon Ami, you’ll find him spending time with family or watching fútbol. His favorite dish? Steak Frites, of course — with bordelaise or au poivre sauce. We couldn’t do what we do without him.
