La Vie en Rosé Wine Experience

On Thursday, August 7, journey through France in one evening at the La Vie en Rosé Wine Experience, the third installment of Mon Ami Gabi‘s Tour de France series.

Starting at 6:30 PM, the cocktail-style evening features sommelier-selected wine from across France’s most notable regions, including Provence, Loire Valley, Languedoc-Roussillon, and more.

As you sip, enjoy passed plates including the Ratatouille and Confit Tomatoes Tart, a Fruit de Mer station with Spicy Salmon and Avocado Tartare and Gulf Shrimp Ceviche, and wood-fire grilled dishes like Pork Secreto and Herb-Marinated Pink Hawaiian Swordfish.
