Sweepstakes Rules
Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 21 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prize.
When: Starting at 10:00 AM PDT on June 2, 2025 and ending at 12:00 PM PDT June 6, 2025 (“Promotion Window”), enter for a chance to win one of the following prizes:
Grand Prize: a two night stay* at the Paris Hotel and Casino plus a $500.00 Mon Ami Gabi gift card (with restrictions, see front and back of card for gift card limitations), or
Second place prize: Pool Cabana** at The Paris Hotel Las Vegas plus a $300.00 Mon Ami Gabi gift card (with restrictions, see front and back of card for gift card limitations), or
Third place prize consisting of a $200.00 Mon Ami Gabi gift card (with restrictions, see front and back of card for gift card limitations)
Prize Details:
*The Grand Prize includes a two (2) night stay at The Paris Hotel and Casino located at 3655 S. Las Vegas Boulevard Las Vegas, NV 89109. Room type is limited to a standard room (single room, double occupancy) in the Bordeaux Tower subject to availability at the time of booking. Resort fee is included in prize. No upgrades, premium rooms, suites, or special accommodations are included. Any incidental expenses, including but not limited to parking, room service, in-room entertainment, meals, gratuities, or additional guests, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Guests will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in to cover any incidental expenses. All reservations are subject to the hotel’s terms and availability.
**The Second place Prize includes a full day (9-5) De Luxe Cabana rental at The Paris Hotel and Casino located at 3655 S. Las Vegas Boulevard Las Vegas, NV 89109. The pool cabana rental includes Amenities such as bottled water, towels, or service may vary by season and are subject to availability. Guest capacity limits apply per cabana, as determined by the venue. Guest must arrive no by 11 am.
Advance reservations are required for and are subject to availability. Any additional services, gratuities, food and beverages, transportation, or personal expenses incurred during the experience are the sole responsibility of the winner. A valid photo ID and credit card may be required at the time of service to cover any incidental charges.
All prizes must be redeemed by June 2, 2026.
Limitations Apply: All Winners must book their reservations in coordination with Sponsor’s team on a Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday only, prior to December 30, 2025 with the following blackout dates; July 3-6, 2025; August 29 – September 1, 2025; November 10-15, 2025; November 17-22, 2025; December 29, 2025 – January 3, 2026; Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, BravoCon 2025 [Nov 14-16, 2025], Formula 1 (F1) [Nov 21, 2025], as applicable. Additional blackout dates may apply and are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Each prize is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in a single visit, single stay, or single dining experience, as applicable. Partial use of the prize will be deemed full use, and no credit or cash value will be issued for any unused portion. No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives or refunds are available. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic beverages. Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, photograph, and or video for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.
Prize Details (with approximate retail values): The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the individual prizes is as follows: Grand prize: [$1375-1515.00]; Second Prize [$550.00]; Third Prize [$250.00]. Actual value may vary based on factors such as availability, travel dates (if applicable), and market fluctuations. The winner will not receive the difference between the actual value and the ARV.
Enter by: (1) Following @monamigabilasvegas and @parisvegas on Instagram, (2) commenting and (3) tagging a friend in the comment section of the June 2, 2025 Instagram post from @monamigabilasvegas and @parisvegas announcing the sweepstakes at https://www.instagram.com/monamigabilasvegas/ and https://www.instagram.com/parisvegas/ (“Promotion Sites”).
Alternative Method of Entry: On a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Mon Ami Paris Hotel Sweepstakes, French Café LLC (Sponsor) 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 116, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by June 6, 2025, and received by 9:000 AM CDT June 12, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, or incomplete entries will be accepted. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
Selection of Winners: One Grand prize, one second prize and one third prize winner will be chosen randomly and notified by either Instagram direct message or email depending on entry method at or about 2:00 PM PDT June 12, 2025. Prize does not include alcoholic beverages, travel, or transportation of any kind.
How to claim your prize: The Winner will be chosen randomly and notified as indicated above. The winners will be required to respond and accept the prize within 24 hours of sent message time. The Sponsor’s marketing team will communicate with the winner by email or other reasonable methods to coordinate prize retrieval. Should in person prize pick-up be requested a valid government issued ID must be presented. Sponsor may, depending on the value of the prize, require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, “Affidavit”). Should winner choose to not redeem the entire prize, the value of the prize will not be reduced for tax purposes. If the prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within the applicable time period, or fails to execute the Affidavit or provide other documentation/information required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may in their sole discretion consider such prize winner to have forfeited. Sponsor shall then have the option and not the obligation to randomly select another prize winner in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or notices even if due to human and/or Sponsor error.
All Employees of French Café LLC (“Sponsor”) and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Your entry to this contest constitutes a full and complete release of Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability related to this promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor, and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. and not to Facebook or Instagram.
By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all Sponsor decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, participants/winners agree to release Sponsor and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that Sponsor may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and submitted photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each Registered Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION.
